Green Scam question III

Who is being scammed, who is doing the scamming, why are they scamming, how much does it cost those who are being scammed?

Climate change has been an issue since the latter part of the last century, though in those early days it was a mini ice age that was believed to be the issue.

Somehow this morphed into global warming and eventually the whole CO2/net zero mantra. This was enshrined into British law by one of the Millitwats. (Ed?)
The purpose was to downgrade and eventually destroy the viability of the rich, industrialised western countries so they can not resist the globalist/WEF agenda.

The ‘scam’, if that is the right word, are the lies being told to bring this about.
