Spent a long day yesterday, fitting windows in a hideously priced house in Dulwich Village. Coming back, the sat nav took us right through the faakin middle. Should it have?

Anyway two things to mention.

Firstly central London is great to look at as you’re driving past the sights.

Secondly how did your Sat Nav get you to Dulwich? You may have answered your own question.

Not my kind of sights, besides, someone is always trying to beat you to the space in front, cut you up, extort money from you, whilst walking among the traffic with begging signs. Apparently, even Squishy Rishi tried to get in the way, when coppers stopped everythingto allow a Jag and a Range Roverto fly through!I had been out since half three in the morning, it was eight in the evening. I just wanted to go home. Someone else drove in, I wasnt taking much notice. Coming home, It replicated the journey as far as coming ast the Oval and crossing Vauxhaul Bridge, then it went pear shaped. I remember Buckingham Palace Road and Park Lane, before finding Edgeware Road, which I believe is the A5, so I knew we were heading in the right direction. It was sooooo good to roll on to a wet M1 north!

I think that's pretty much the congestion charge free route thru the centre of Laandaan
