It could be another very interesting day today at the test match.

While Bairstow’s and Overton’s innings weren’t really test cricket it worked and they, and a cameo from Broad, certainly provided top class entertainment and brought us right back into the game.

I’ll be listening from 11am today, anything can happen and probably will.

Anything under 300 lead snd and they'll be going for it. A few early wickets this morning and it could all be over today.
 
It is but at that point of the game it was all very gung ho and could have gone very wrong.

We’ve had plenty of innings fairly recently where we’ve tried to score too quickly too early and it’s all gone wrong. Not like that mind.

I think we'll get quite a few where it will go wrong and we'll get some low scores, but we have been pretty poor playing the old way so they might as well try something different. Very entertaining for the fans.
 
Nothing is ever certain, especially with this cricket team, however see out the first half an hour without losing more than one wicket and it should be a third win and a great series win before we play the final test v India next weekend.
