Preston at home and Sheffield Wednesday today.
2 teams with fuck all to play for and we blew it.

That result against Preston was poor, but today's is a disaster imo.

The Pompey draw with Oxford should have given them every incentive to actually take a positive step, but in keeping with the rest of the season we couldn't even put away a poor team.
That said we are a poor team as well.

I thought we were down when we screwed up the Oxford game and I've not seen anything to change my mind since.

We ain't getting out of it.

Their keeper did have a blinder. It's not delusional.
Just a fact.
That's not why we are where we are.
We've been shit all season and deserve to go down
 
Just got back. Toothless, inept performance. Sleepwalking into relegation. Keep saying it’s the draws that do for you, as they did for our last sojourn in the third division. This time we’ll be there for a while unless McQuarrie pull the rug and we fizzle out of existence.
At least the pie was decent.

Their keeper did not have a blinder IMHO. He made some good saves, got lucky when we hit the woodwork twice and was beaten by a very good strike from Jordan Ayew where he was out of position. The best saves were from Skipp in the first half and the double save in the second half and the first hit from Mavididi was deflected and hit him, he didn't know much about it. . A good display from him not a blinder. We were bad today but bad as we were we can count ourselves unlucky to not win at least 2 or 3-1. The walking football they play is so frustrating. They reject good opportunities to pass forward so much and opt to go sideways or backwards. If you couldn't see the scoreboard and had just arrived midway through the second half you might have thought we were 3-0 up and cruising. The lack of urgency was astounding until the subs were made

Oh please allow me to retort (said in my best pulp fiction Jules voice) The pie is the cornerstone of all nutritious meals and I recognise a damn fine pie when I see one.
Fortunately, the flaky pastry top and load of slop was confined to what I was watching on the pitch.
