Maybe given that I was absolved from any “crimes” means that it’s up for grabs. I don’t know.
I’ve no idea what the rules are now. Micky and admin confirmed that I was not party to any odd goings on with the reporting. As for new IDs, it’s rather simple to see an ISP or log in.
