If it’s good enough for Boris……….

Of course there is no comparison between a crass and stupid glass of wine or 6 and sexual abuse

Just saying

Had to turn off the BBC 10pm news on monday night. Nigh on ten minutes on the enquiry into sex abuse of young girls in in Lancashire. Not one mention of ethnicity or religion. Next item featured was a levelling up item about the persecution of moslems in india that had rioted after demos over the slandering of the prophet. Their houses had been bulldozed down.

Ssssshhhhhhh eh?

The fact remains that that there are many decent hardworking people in the Muslim community - (not all groomers are Muslim but most are)

There is also a core of people of Muslims that are a problem. Dealing with them is a good thing. I suspect that there many people of that faith who feel very unhappy with certain sections of their community. Avoiding dealing with them does not resolve the problem - it only makes things worse for everyone.

On my other thread on Polio the BBC have chosen to frame the story with an image of a white child looking very unhappy about being jabbed (its not white kids that arent getting jabbed). They also fail to mention that the sections of the community that are actually driving the growth in polio. How does avoiding the issue solve the problem?

Early evening BBC News tonight mentioned the P word once, then had a compilation mug shot of a bunch of those already successfully prosecuted, and footage of another being recently arrested afrer a door knock.

Would you expect all cases where sexual abuse has been committed by a white person; to reference their ethnicity or religion as well?
