Right, let's move on from tonight's shit-show...

I am going to lock myself in the shed for a week. Mrs B is making me angrier by dosing off sleep and not having a care in the world.😡

Having slept on it and woken feeling fresh and relaxed I’ve come to the conclusion that last night was the most embarrassing home performance since losing to Spurs 6-1 ... yet worse. This was Newcastle FFS.
The players should hangs their heads in shame.

Rodgers should make a pile of changes for Man U and tell’em play well and you’ll be in for a shout of playing at Wembley. He should already be thinking that Maddison is going to be lucky if he even makes the subs bench.

And what is going on with ‘managing injuries’?
Something seems amiss in the physio department and recovery from injuries. Too many bad injuries this season and seemingly stuttering recoveries from them ... is the training and after match recovery being managed right.

You’ve made some very good points especially managing and recovering injuries.
I’m not sure Brendon would do as you say as he said he was pleased with how we finished on sky, Newcastle has it won by then!

Surely there’s a question mark that they do much training at all isn’t there?
How else is the question answered, ‘why are we so inept in both boxes from set plays continuously’?

I guess sometimes it's takes a player longer than other players to come back from long injuries mentally and physically. Barnes and Justin might be the same. Which is a shame but we aren't the only club to suffer injuries this season.
