Its a tough watch but sort out a couple of vodkas and tonics and give it a go.
Its marvellous television.
So f----king heart breaking.
 
it was great/harrowing....but the lack of response might be because it was first shown a year ago!
 
Yes but it was on BBC I-Player because it was on the shortlist for an EMMY. I think.

During this second period of enforced stayingathomeness, I am avoiding any films with the following themes - horror, sadness, misery, death & destruction, terror, slashing, weird or depressing.

I am basically watching Notting Hill and 4 Weddings & a Funeral on a loop.

Isn't there a death and a funeral in '4 Weddings and a Funeral' (there's a clue in the title)? I'd stick to watching 'Jackanory' repeats me duck.

Thanks for the tip Soho, I'll watch it with a bottle of Merlot tmoro…. might not see Friday:cry:
 
I always fast forward through the funeral - ever since it was suggested that I resembled John Hannah I tend not to stop the clocks as it were...
