I am taking part in a voluntary research test for a government to find out if I have Covid antibodies in my body. The test has shown positive for Covid antibodies (Meaning I have had the Covid virus). Not really surprised as my doctor sent me to the LRI query pneumonia back in January of 2020. I fainted while I was there, my breathing was scarily strange as every half hour it would build up to suffocation levels and I would have almighty coughing fit and clear out the gunk in my chest, felt a bit better. Then it would build up again. Frightening at the time. Anyway felt as shitty as I have ever felt, temperature was through the roof. They gave me some antibiotics and sent me home. So I have concluded i had the Covid virus then, (Jan of 2020) But was not picked up.

Negative from Freer centre Wigston
I was there yesterday (Thursday) and was mightily impressed with all the staff there, from the guy crossing you off the list as you went in, to the guy helping you navigate through the safari pages on your smartphone, to the lady dipping your stick, and the very pleasant young people explaining what to do next if it went tits up, to the people showing you where to leave. I think the only thing they overlooked was someone on roller skates bringing you coffee in the car park. And by the time I'd made a cuppa back home the email and text with the negative result was already pinged through to me. Say what you like about modern life, but I remember polio and sticking stamps on envelopes to send off for holiday brochures. I know where I'd sooner be. Covid or no Covid.
