Everyone's entitled to make a mistake. He was just talking on the radio, hardly a life or death moment. They have advisors and people to check stuff when it comes to implementing a policy, so somebody would probably spot an error.

It's not a mistake, he was on a radio interview which he would have known what he was going to talk about, and he didn't have a fucking clue of the basic information he was talking about. Being on top of your brief is essential for any spokesperson in any organisation.
If I was doing a presentation and was that ignorant of the basics, I would expect there to be consequences. In business that is, in politics no such standards appear to apply.

It’s absolutely supporting division. You’re quite gleeful that it’s winding up a group of people that you think you’re better than. Working class folk that want someone to represent them. Like Labour used to do.
They should be talking about repealing anti trade union laws not asking whitey to put his hands down and encourage only black folk to raise their hands. The normal average white working man will switch off and look elsewhere for a political party that is going to represent him (or her) and leave the woke lot to it, and you’re the one going on about echo chambers!
If he wanted to hear the views from a black person because it’s relevant to the or a debate (which in some cases is absolutely right) then just select them when they raise their hand. It really should have been that simple.

On a bit of a tangent. Was in Scotland once and asked a local if they knew the England football score. Got some light-hearted abuse back and was told I was brave even asking. But ended up chatting in the end.
I pointed about that I understood that Scottish people hate the English, but in reality they hate those that are in charge of England. Governed from afar, by a London elite - who seem to care little for the common man. I asked the Jock cunt how that was any different for me? Working-class, from Leicester and under their rule. What's the difference? An accent...
We're all in the same situation. Waiting for the impossible.

How do you know they didn't talk about trade union laws in other debates?
I don't think I'm any better than anyone else, I'm from a working class background. I would imagine most of the pearl clutchers are from higher stock than me. It's not supporting division if I like seeing them getting all indignant about "woke" stuff.

Just look at this thread, there’s a few just in here that would potentially vote for a Labour Party if they felt they represented them and they feel they are not represented because of bullshit like this.
