🦊💙 Running for a Cause – Team Leicester City 💙🦊

This October, I’ll be taking on the Prostate United challenge once again – running 5km every single day throughout the month to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

Proud to be doing it as part of Team Leicester City, flying the flag for our club and our community while supporting a cause that affects so many men and families across the country.

This will be my third year taking on the challenge – and at nearly 52 years old, it’s not getting any easier! But it’s a cause close to my heart, and something I feel passionate about continuing to support.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK, and by getting behind this campaign, we can help fund life-saving research and raise vital awareness.

If you can spare a few quid or just help spread the word, it would mean the world 🖤🩵

One month tomorrow I’ll be lacing up my running shoes for the start of this year’s Prostate United challenge 🏃‍♂️💙





For the third year in a row, I’ll be running 5km every single day throughout October to raise much-needed funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK — this year proudly representing Team Leicester City ⚽💙.





It’s a challenge that means a lot to me personally, and while it doesn’t get any easier, the cause is far more important than the miles.

Just donated - great cause. My Grandad had it, and my uncle was diagnosed with it last week, so one that is close to my heart.

Make sure you get checked guys, especially if there is a family history.

Definitely the toughest one yet today — the legs were heavy, the motivation tested, but we keep going! 💪
