The injury accounts for missing games a a few sub appearances and maybe a few 60 min games but to sub him off in every game he's started?

if you could put kdh's corners with praets footballing ability you'd have one decent player who could tackle, pass and take corners.

Theres a long term issue with Rodgers towards Praet, he once told him that he'd never play him again.

This stems back to when he was injured and ask Rodgers if he could recuperate in Belgium as a family member was ill. Rodgers said "no" and Praet went above Mr Ego's head because it was unfair, hence Praet not playing for a long time until we were down to our bones, and Rodgers couldn't hide is childish behaviour.
