Players who will leave sooner than later !!

We have collected some dross over the seasons and the old adage still stands about paying peanuts etc. Mind you playing square pegs in round holes don't help either.

Think that is too many puns but you get my drift.

Very good? He’s not even good. He’s like Bambi on ice. Time to shift him. We paid £5m. We’d easily get our money back.
So he wasn't good against Man city or Liverpool? You need players who are good backups and who can play in a variety of roles

You said & I quote “ he is very good back up”
That statement I’m afraid is complete & utter garbage.
Forget this everyone is entitled to their own opinion drivel. That opinion is false & that is indeed a fact.

He is a versatile player who can cover several positions if needed, good to have in the squad when we get injuries and we will. 👍

The last time he played was at West Ham where we were 3-0 down before he was replaced. Yes the whole defence was awful that day but him in particular. He never played again. BR even chose to bring on big Wes in the cup final.
I like the guy. He’s come back from a terrible injury but it’s time to go. Yes he’s versatile but as said not particularly good in any position. Now we’ve got Bertrand I feel we’re better off than last season in that he can play CB and FB. Wes could only do 20 mins max and Fuchs had had his day finally although he’d been great in the first half of the season.
The last game clearly showed what BR thought of Amartey

I think he brought on Wes cause it was a cup final and being a city great it was sentimental, not cause he couldn't rely on Danny.

Oh right. 8 mins to go and he brought him on to defend against a Chelsea team who’s sent on every forward they had including Giroud who was going to cause mayhem in the air. Rodgers thought let’s give Wes an emotional sendoff as he’s been great to this club. After all we’re 1-0 up and they’ll be no threat whatsoever.
What utter bollocks.
