Olive harvest time...

How deep is the container, I get no idea of the quantity of olives without that.
How many trees have you got?
Do you turn the harvest into Olive Oil or do locals rent the trees off you?

We have one small tree so those are for eating. Most locals have hundreds of mature trees so get 100 litres of oil.
