Bit of an odd decision to build them, not use them and then close and dismantle them, all while the pandemic is still going and now apparently on the increase.
 
If you think that any of this is about the government caring for your health, then nothing makes sense.

Once you realise it is about something else entirely, it all makes perfect sense. Totally logical.
 
Knee jerk reaction from a bewildered government having seen the media footage of similar in Italy. Not properly thought through, regarding staffing or logistics but it gave the army something to do.
