Must have seen a dozen or so people in Leicester tops over the last week.
Either Fekit has a large extended family or we’re getting very popular.

I like that we’re still a little club in the grand scheme of things. I like that our fans are from the local area. I don’t particularly want the young uns around the country to think of us as a “cool club” and start wearing our club shirts and then changing clubs again in a few years to the next cool club.

I know it will happen it’s one of the things that happens with success, I want it to hold off for as long as possible.

Which pubs have you been using Hackney…
Red Lion and The Fort.
Not really had the time to hit a pub for drinks as we’ve been too busy doing the tourist stuff, surfing (I swerved it this year, too old for that), kayaks, jet skis and gardens.
Best shirt had the name Duck on the back. Made I laugh.
May be back next year, which are the best pubs?

If it helps build us as a club then I don’t care too much who supports us.
Perhaps they won’t change to the next cool club if the increased income keeps us at the top.

One of the worst moments of my life was 10 years ago walking down the main street in Ventiane, the capital of Laos. Two young people approached me wearing Sheep shirts. Since I was obviously European, they asked me where I came from. I looked at the shrts and smiled. "Leicester" (I think the Sheep had just been relegated) . Less than impressed, they walked on in disgust.
