This is a childish article. They were always going to have to spend that amount to even have a chance at survival. To make such a comparison is absurd considering the radically different starting points for the respective squads going into this transfer cycle. They arrived in the Premier League with 7 senior players from the squad that won promotion. Leicester have more senior professionals than could be fitted into a 25-man squad. A more fitting comparison would be to compare the amount that was spent to assemble the entire squads of both clubs. What pathetic. ignorant and infantile 'journalism'...
