At the top of Queens Road in Hinckley. Passed by it this afternoon for the first time in donkey’s years and surprised to see it is still trading. It looks exactly the same as it has done for the last 40 or 50 years.
Perhaps Tinhatter/Mali will be along shortly with some cryptic recollections about the well worn shop!

Not going to disappoint b53, Gordon hayes aka nervous was the first openly cov fan to come out at hgs in 67/68, he also had every episode of crossroads on vhs,effing ell for leather….
 
Spent hours in there, Kay used to call it 'Shatter Records' because 'Shatter' was the font that Gordon used on his window

Nice to see it is still surviving. I remember you had your own involvement with the What Records shops in Hinckley,Nuneaton and I think Daventry?
Is he still trading online from Burton Hastings nowadays?

I went into What? records in the Borough every week, good shop, the bloke at Nuneaton was a strange bugger.
