My opinion for what its worth

Enzo has done a great job, his style of play that sometimes has been described as " boring" has got us to where we are still top of the League and if I am honest beyond my expections so credit to him.
The style is great when you have momentum and when the opposition wants to play however as its proved in the last two home games with the right game plan its easy to snuff out, that coupled with a poor chance conversion rate has contributed to our last three results.
As someone behind me shouted yesterday " we need to do something different this is the championship" !
And there lies the problem this League is brutal and you need far more strings to your bow apart from passing and possession to get over the line!
Enzo could do with speaking with the likes of Vardy/Coady/Cannon who know what the championship is about, every game we play from now on in has something riding on it either looking to get in the play offs or avoiding relegation its the nature of this League its so open.
We need the above three players in the team to give us some aggression/ desire/experience I also think we need to give the Armband to someone like Winks or Vesterguard and have a designated leader on the pitch instead of giving it out to different players on a weekly basis.
This is going to be a pivotal week, it could be that playing away may work in our favour as teams will come on to us.
Its time to have a think Enzo and tweek your tactis/ beliefs as this is the business end of the season where there will be lots of twists and turns let hope they go in our favour as sadly if the worst happens and its the play offs I do wonder if we have the mental strength.

Come on lads dig in and get over the line !

He seems as if he's too pig headed ( pearsoness) for me.
Doesn't or can't accept criticism.
Went mardy when the fans showed dissent and threatened to walk out.
Doesn't have a long enough and successful enough managerial career atm to behave like he's untouchable or unapproachable.

Despite that, I also have not seen and unless I've missed any of the players putting their hands up for this poor run.
They are culpable every bit as much as the manager imo.
When the going gets tough you look for leaders to put their head above and inspire their counterparts to get through it.
I don't see those characters currently.

Enzo has, imo, to grasp the crucial diffrence bewteen coaching a squad in which the 'system' and tecnique is all and managing a squad which also recognises the qualities you can't put in a bottle.
