Its likely to be the judge and the 2 briefs discussing all the legalities and what extra evidence and papers need to be produced before the start of the actual hearing with the ladies present some time later.
 
A few lawyers will make a few quid....and our wonderful newspapers will have something for their front pages to distract the masses from the on-going misery.

According to the Telegraph, part of Mrs Spud Faced Nipper's defence is that she said that it was Mrs Vardy's instagram account which she identified, which was not the same as Mrs Vardy. Because other people had access to the account, including, it appears, Jamie's "Social Media Manager". Anyone on here know who this person is, and what he or she does ? Only asking.
 
That defence is a load of bull.

What Rooney actually wrote was:

"I have save and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them...Rebekah Vardy..."

Case closed surely...

I don't know who he or she is, but I'd guess that he / she manages JV's social media accounts. Anyone bumming around on here knows how much time it takes up, so you can't expect PL players to do it themselves.

To be fair Rebekah Vardy says this stuff caused her great upset when she was 7 months pregnant and feared she might lose her baby. And caused her great emotional stress.
And she would say what else is she supposed to do if Mrs Rooney refuses to retract or apologise?
That said the libel courts have always been the playground of the rich and famous ever since Oscar Wilde. You and I wouldn't dream of risking the thick end of a million quid in legal fees on a girly spat.
 
So it’s an ego directed load of shit?

As long as it costs them a fortune and doesn’t get in the way of the real world and justice I guess that’s ok.
