I read the article and if true it raises serious concerns, one thing did jump out though,
The article states that they used Koch's postulates, this is a giant red flag that it wasn't written by an actual doctor.
Koch’s postulates were written before viruses were known to exist. Viruses aren’t like the bacteria that Koch was trying to find. Viruses need to take over a host cell to replicate and so a virus wont satisfy Koch's second postulate:
2. The microorganism must be isolated from a diseased organism and grown in pure
culture.
I don't know about the rest of it, but if whoever wrote it cant get the basics right you'd have to question the rest of the article as well.
