Yes missing in action it’s so frustrating if you watch the game on tv and concentrate on him,he definitely hides away from the ball,if we want to play out from the back he needs to work much harder and find space to receive the ball,

I have some sympathy for him (Youri ) the way all too often we fanny about from the back so he gets closed down. At least today Ricardo and Dewsbury Hall were more positive.
Simples too much football for these players as no one to rotate them with because of our injury list.

Nothing to do with no fans he was given a chance last season and took it. This season he hasn't been given a chance.

I remember him slipping over.
Concentrate on him next game you’ll soon see him hiding behind the opposition then when is is free pointing to whoever is on the ball to pass to someone else and if he does somehow get it passed to he fires it back ASAP

Or maybe the oppo recognise the danger and keep closer tabs on him (I think he tends to find space quite well and when not others can as a result)? I am not claiming he was brilliant throughout today; his passing varied between the sublime and the terrible (the pass during the break out in paricular was poor even accounting for some poor runs in front of him), his deadball delivery was often poor & his propensity to play it blind does cause us issues at times as he looks to inject pace into our play. But It was Tielemans link up play with Pereira and Albrighton in particular that got us on the front foot in the first half and why we controlled most of the first half of the 2nd half. Throughout he is the one who gets us playing forward.

its not his game to play the lone striker , he likes to sit deep. its not his fault if the manager plays him in the wrong role. his stats are good when he gets a chance.

He's proved time and time again that a confident Nacho is a very good player. When he plays he links the middle and attack by dropping deep.

If it has taken you as long as Spurs at home to see he will sometimes ping the ball straight back then you haven't been paying attention.
Not what I said,it’s the fact that he doesn’t show for or want the ball and at times even runs to be in a position so he can’t be passed to ,that’s what I first noticed at the spurs game,

Shocked me too but watch the spurs game back and you'll definitely see him doing it our centre backs have the ball and he's deliberately running behind their strikers so he can't be passed to,unless there is another reason for it.
