Midazolam

Genuinely difficult one this, as a drug to provide relief in end of life circumstance it can be very effective in a good way.

However one of it's known drawbacks is that it can inhibit breathing so possibly not the best idea for anyone with any kind of respiratory problems. Mrs AFC, who takes an interest in such things, says that there is growing disquiet among nurses regarding it's increasingly widespread use.

Plenty of internet chatter about it being the drug of choice when 'culling' the old and infirm but how much of that is real and how much is just scaremongering is difficult to tell.

Anticoagulation service (dept) have now been added to A & E's,, time to open your eyes.

My anticoagulant nurse specialist was one of the few medical personnel who would not wholeheartedly recommend the vaccine to me. She explained that the 'guidelines' suggested I should have the jab, but she also suggested that I might want to wait until my BP and heart rate was under better control. Give it time she said.

If they are needing this sort of expertise in A&E, something is definitely up.

And? Fancy moving departments around and putting a sticker on a sign to let people know. crazy.
Dear Will McKenzie,( bus wanker. )

Will, why do you deliberately miss the point every time ? bitterness, or you can't actually see the point.

Small point of order. Your picture clearly shows that it has not been added to the a and e department, in fact it shows that it is categorically a totally different department.
