I hope I have occasionally asked a genuine question, but I have certainly asked posters to provide sources. Is there one for this? I ask because it isn't unknown for these sorts of story to be distorted or simply wrong (albeit they may later be corrected); conversely, where they are correct, it's important that we can all know the full story.
Questioning the authenticity of everything is perfectly reasonable although in this instance I think that it might be a struggle to hope that its AI or edited to misrepresent the bones of it.

I've asked plenty of genuine questions. It's rare that I get answers - as in this case.
So what you've done is take a post on Twitter as the truth without any evidence that it is. I've searched online for any corroboration of this case and cannot find a thing. If it was true, it would be a major story.
So much of what is posted on Twitter isn't real. It's designed to make people angry and interact with the poster. It's clicks for cash. I'm sure that you're aware of this.
I think it is highly irresponsible of you to post something so easily and without doing any basic verification. It undermines your attempts to make others take you seriously.

This is what we have come to. Trying to justify the grooming of 1000's of British girls by naming non-muslim rapists!!!!!
It makes me despair that people that rather than realising/admitting just HOW BAD a problem is, it can be ignored by suggesting that something is equally as bad negates any kind of problem!
Anyone with a heart should get themselves onto Youtube and search The Rape of Britain. Watch all the episodes on the Telford grooming by Tommy Robinson and then dare to tell me there is not a sickening problem throughout the UK for Pakistani Muslim Grooming gangs and the selling of drugs that align with it.
Girls raped and murdered but that is ok because there a scummy Whities. Give me strength!!!

It's odd how those that claim to be 'progressive' seem happy to see white girls (although a number of Sikh girls were abused too) get raped.
These are the same type who very supportive of men who claim to be 'Trans' being allowed into women's spaces and sports. I'm not sure what is 'progressive' about taking away hard earned female rights (and tuning a blind eye to organised sexual assaults on girls).

That's a weird take, thinking I'm justifying, or happy to see any rape or sexual assault.
