Phillipps was prime mover in The Chills from NZ, gone too soon at 61.
Pat Collier, founding member of The Vibrators but of more interest as the owner of Alaska Studios where literally every indie band recorded at some point in the 80's.
 
That's so sad re Martin Phillipps. Big fan of The Chills since the early 80s, and finally got to see them live last year. Brilliant gig and Martin was on top form. I was hoping to see them again at some point, but sadly that won't happen.

I can recommend the documentary, 'The Chills: The Triumph and Tragedy of Martin Phillips'. It's on Prime.
