Marti

Even if we sack him how bloody confident are we of our management getting the next one right?
We do need stabilizing before anything else,
Getting a pattern of play, and stick to it, and that starts with the defence, and then on to midfield, get those places half sensible then
the forwards might get some ammunition.

I don't know whether it's just pure body language but he doesn't exude any kind of positivity whatsoever.
He's walking around with the world on his shoulders.
It just doesn't look right to me.
Everything about him gives a whiff of a doom monger .
He needs to go, it's just not going to work.
I feel sorry that he's had such a shower of shite to work with, but I don't see anything in him that's capable of turning things around.

If Top and Rudkin make the appointment then zero confidence

Here's a question for you all. Would you rather we sack manager and not have any money to spend in January or keep him and have money to spend on at least two players.

I’ve got a question for you - how much will it cost to sack Marti? I assume you must know this if we can afford 2 players if we keep him..!!

Looking at the timing of some other sackings (didn’t Rodgers go as soon as we dropped into the bottom 3?) there could be a term in his contract that allows us to terminate his employment on the cheap if certain performance metrics are not met…

Whetstone it was a hypothetical question I don't know but I was just asking if THAT was the situation what would people like.

So would you if your senior leadership team was the same as his. They are demonstrably clueless.

They probably are, but they aren't responsible for his team selections and how they set up and his use of substitutions.
Nothing seems to be improving.

I hear you...and share the concerns. But then I take a look at the squad and wonder what else he could do.

Pelters for playing aluko in midweek, but his only other option was to play Ricardo LB.
I hate faes, but who else could he play yesterday (the fact Skipp is now our backup CB says a lot)
We don't need to talk about striking options.
When your central modfield choice is winks or soumare or skipp then you can see the problem he has.

All through the squad he should have lots of options, but when you really look at it his choices are so restricted. And that's due to the last 5 years of squad "building".

Marti is not the problem. He wasn't responsible for the lack of basic ability on those first 2 goals on Saturday or the many individual errors in recent months. You could argue he should be able to get them fighting, but while you've got toxic characters like WInks, Vestergaard and Faes in the squad then you'll never get it. Until next summer when we can get rid of the dross we could put Pep in charge and he would have no impact. We need a strong leader and that isn't Ricardo who shouldn't be near the starting 11 on recent form. Build a side around JJ from the summer, he's the only one who seems to 'want it' for 90 minutes. Changing the manager will only reduce the transfer budget available

Top and Rudkin have triggered all this but hide away pretending that all will be well at some indefinable point in the future.
They are cowards who have no strategy and I wouldn't trust them to run a Christmas Raffle let alone LCFC

Oh for the days when our central modfield choice was Weller.

we wont have any money in jan. this season will be 2 out of the last 3 in the champ and the psr limit will be even tighter.
the only thing we'll do is sell somebody for money who's contract expires in the summer. but theyre all useless so not holding my breath on that either.

It would be very nice if we could a couple of quid for Soumare, Winks, Faes or Vesty in the January window. Other than that I'm guessing we'll be relying on loans again.

Chris Wilder was upset not to get the Leicester job because he thinks it’s one of the best sets of players to grace this division.

Yet most of our fanbase believe this is an impossible job and we have a shit squad.

Wonder how he’d have got on here.
