Very solid game. Plenty of energy. Likes to get forward. His weakness was obvious in friendlies (where he looked poor in all he played IMO) was balls being played over him as he gets caught under the ball. He’s been targetted on that since in the minimal game time so far. But he’s young as his positioning can only get better.

that weakness with the ball over his head - same thing chilwell and justin suffer(ed) from. I wonder if it is a 'weakness' in our tactical setup, rather than player specific. they tuck in more to cover, but leaves them exposed to that high ball over the back of them.

Fuchs is nowhere good enough now to play left back. But as a left sided centre back he's great. That should of been his position a while ago

And his left one didn’t do a lot either apart from pivot 180° to pass back to Kaspar
