Mrs AFC came up against these guidelines on a number of occasions, she learned a long time ago not to raise these concerns with anyone other than a handful of GPs that she could trust and under no account let these concerns outside the practice.

Even so the advice was to follow the guidelines, don't rock the boat. If the guidelines said jump, the only permissible question is how high.

Still not sure exactly what you're referring to, if you've seen it reported somewhere it can't be that quiet. Do you mean actually selling BG=HS organisations and services, or do you mean increasing levels of contracting out, etc?
