I would question the assumption that he knows how the law works, the cases he has been involved with recently have had a litany of rather fundamental errors, which has resulted in them being dismissed.

He's also an medical malpractice lawyer not a constitutional lawyer, which I guess may explain why he makes so many errors.

I would imagine most lawyers are trained to be confident, you wouldn't want a lawyer that sounds unsure, I'm pretty sure Powell was confident when defending Enron executives despite them running a giant scam.
 
How can anyone not know Trump is a crook who has again been caught red handed trying to pervert the will of the American people ?
Surely they have to be sedition charges .Is the death penalty still available in Georgia ?
