Leicester City chairman has planned finances for transfers as he predicts 'interesting' summer

The standards we have set for the club in recent years have raised expectations, which is something we should always aspire to.

Rodgers is onboard:
The summer gives us a chance to reset again,” he said. “We can get some great work into the players and hopefully add quality, because there’s no doubt the team needs quality additions to help us challenge again. Hopefully next season we can get together again, the supporters and team, and see if we can disrupt that top six again.
 
If Rodgers is on board, it obviously means that he has persuaded the owners that he can improve on his performances next time around…… or they can’t be sure that they are able to secure their alternative.
Either way, we can’t do anything about it and I’ll still be there to support the team that take the field in August

….as long as that team doesn’t include Vestergaard and Bertram !
