Johnson and ‘Dispatches’

Interesting that the British political MSM, obsessed as it is with Starmer’s curry and children’s imaginary identities seems to have ignored possibly the biggest story in years .
Johnson ,the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, the day after a NATO summit, ditches his security and pops over to Italy to get shit faced at a party given by a “ former” KGB agent. Alexander Lebedev .
Within days of becoming PM of the United Kingdom , he puts the son of said KGB agent into the House of Lords despite the clear warnings of the implications by our security services.

Though I’m no fan of Corbyn , Imagine the reaction of our MSM had he done that ?

It’s very odd. Unless of course you also remember that Johnson had dinner with Lebedev Jnr. the night before he came out in favour of Brexit in his infamous 2nd article .

One can only wonder how much the swine profited to betray his country.

Thank God C4 dispatches remains to shine some light on what’s really happening to our country despite Dacres / Johnson’s Daily Mail and their ilk , attempts to ignore it .

Yeah...but...hair...he's just like us...he's lovable...tells it like it is...I like his 3-word slogans...he makes mistakes, but who doesn't?!

So Putin ain’t that bad. Supporting the party the largest minority of folk wanted in power and the party the MSM and establishment wanted in power.

Putin supported both trump and johnson, because he knew how stupid they were and how they would do his job for him at no cost, eg divide and conquer the enemies of the russian people by weakening nato, the eu, etc etc.
It's the same reason a right wing superpac is backing RFK jr for Prez. He'll split the leftish vote and give their candidate whoever it ends up being, a better chance of getting in.

So you think it stops at Trump and Johnson’s door?
Not the people who actually voted?
Not the MSM who cosied up to them and knew most of this but failed to report on it.
Regardless on where you sit. There’s no such thing as democracy and you’re deluded if you think it is. But we accept it as its “the best we’ve got.” And this is where we end up.
On one side a guy who takes no shit and in the other side a bag head and someone with Alzheimer’s.
Forget about Trump and Johnson, this ain’t gonna end well for anyone 🙂

They may well want to split their opponents vote. 'Leftish?' 😃. It might work for them too, but it might not.

RFK is already bagging well-known voters. I would call them non-aligned. You'd call them right wing, alt right and a few other names.
He can easily take conservative votes, mainly because he's not bombastic like DJ and represents values they can relate to. He'll be especially attractive to them if the Republicans get a neocon, war supporting idiot.

RFK is actually gathering the hippy left voters (he's running as a dem not a republican). That would be the anti vaxx left who would rather vote green than dem in a national election. if he's the dem candidate (we're still at the primary stage right now) he may well get votes from the anti vaxx right as well (there's not much difference between them on libertarian and govt control issues, no comment on their other views). this might give him perceived legitimacy with independent and more centrist voters, but he still has a big problem with his anti vaxx views as they are a turn off to common sense middle of the road centrist voters.

No i didn't say that.
i gave you the reasons why putin backed those two, i didn't say who's fault it was they both got elected.
i never said there was a democracy either.
putin can never let go of his kgb roots, he's always looking at how he can weaken the west to make his job easier.

I’m not convince, it’s a simple view to take. The west have reneged on numerous agreements made in the past whereby Russia see NATO as a threat. Maybe it’s Putins fault for building a country near to so many NATO/ US military bases. It’s not as clear cut as the MSM would have us believe.

The USSR had a buffer zone across western europe from the Baltic to the Med during the cold war. Once those countries threw off the yoke of soviet oppression it's hardly surprising they allowed NATO bases to prevent re-invasion is it??
During Glasnost the west thought democracy could thrive in Russia and that would be the end of it, but the massive amount of money capitalism pumped into the russian economy and the eventual asset stripping of public owned stuff like gazprom by oligarchs greased by Putin in return for corrupt money turned it back into a dictatorship. So yes it his his fault but for a different reasons

I have no sympathy with Putin pushing across the border.

It's 100% certain what the US would have done in Russia's situation though. The only difference being, they would've invaded many years ago.
