Viruses (and bacteria) are in all of us all the time. They are dealt with by our immune system in a normal and natural manner.

We may get an excess of something that can make us ill, that is normal, Some people have strong immune systems and rarely get ill, some do not and get ill all the time.

it has been like that forever, covid is no different, only the propaganda is different.
