They will lose a couple for sure, but say they lost a couple more than expected, that will just add to a big pot of money for them to spend on top players for that league. Add to that the manager there is a good pull for players to work under.

RVN seems to have irrational levels of liking for Daka. He waffled on about how much he rated him when he first came into the job.
Persisting with him is doing nobody any favours though.
He really seems like a lovely fella and I don’t like hearing him get abused as it’s not exactly his fault that he’s shit but he needed taking out of the firing line long ago for everybody’s sake.

It just seems odd that ‘not being able to kick a football into the net’, ‘make correct contact’ and ‘maintain balance’ can be described as ‘not working out somewhere’.

Akinbiyi a good example. Awful for us and out of his depth but was a solid championship level player most other places.

Something has definitely gone badly wrong though.
He had a bit of a headless chicken vibe in turns of aimless running in the early days but I don’t recall him having as poor control or finishing back then as he does now his confidence is shattered.
