Leeds thumping Ipswich probably didn't help us.
Playing on their own patch in front of a full stadium you always expect a reaction from them.
Had we conceded in the first minute rather than the last then I am sure people would view the result in a different way.
We didn't lose, we are still comfortably top and everything is in our hands.
People should try to enjoy it a bit more.
To put it into perspective, even if we lost the next 5 games on the trot we would still have a points ratio which would indicate us heading for 92pts.
 
I would’ve taken that before the game…
add the nailed on pen not given, and the fact that their goal was a miracle.. all means that we should be rather happy with a point. 🦊 😃
 
Still seems a wasted opportunity.

To my mind we should have left Portman Road with a 9 point lead over them. If it wasn't for a lack of precision up front we could have been 3 up at halftime.

Second half Ipswich showed a bit more but really they are a long way short of us as a team. But for some reason in the last ten to fifteen minutes our 'possession' style became 'I don't want it' and we gave it away too cheaply instead of looking to progress the ball up the field.

Hugely frustrating because we are a far better side than Ipswich

That's 25pts from 11 games against the leagues better performers.

If they can't stop us, who can ?
 
Exactly my slant, Helsie. At half time we controlled the match, the ball and the score,
but we looked unusually leggy towards the end.
Still, lttle harm done and it was them who missed their chance to close up to us.
 
Why do people get so upset when someone makes any criticism of LCFC.
It’s a strange fkin phenomenon that people take it so personally……, I remember criticising Rodgers early on and some folks seriously got their knickers in a twist.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion without being called a dickhead, cnut or ‘not a supporter’.
There were some aspects in last nights game that were absolutely right for criticism, top of the league but far from perfect. I’m confident they will get better under this manager though, he doesn’t come across as an idiot.
 
I know this period of the season where so many games are played in a short period of time is ridiculous, but enzo’s subs smelt of thinking about the next game.
Great if we were 3/4 goals up, stupid when you are only 1 against any team.
You can never confidently predict a forthcoming match so concentrate on the one you’re playing.
Lose or draw at Cardiff & thats 1 or 2 points in two games, when we should have had 3 already.
