The next manager is Potter.

5 year deal.
A years grace to rebuild so no instant promotion expected.
Will have complete control of backroom staff including a say in the DOF, as it has to be someone he feels he can work with.

Obviously he would prefer a premier league team but is excited by the clubs structure and future plans.

This isn't a cert by any means. Could even be a wind up, just something I was told by someone who works for Levy's (catering at KP and Butlins @Seagrave)
 
I thought giving the manager complete control of backroom staff including a say in the DOF was the basis of our downfall?

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if he’s still our number one target. I suppose it may come down to whether West Ham come calling or not…

Just like our cup win masked our problems I reckon if they win the Conference it’ll give Moyes a years grace. But they’re nearly as bad as we are and without Rice next season they are in the bottom 5 especially as they’ll be in Europe

There are rumours that Moyes plans to quit irrespective of whether they win the Conference cup.

l was told it was a short list of 6, as l stated, who said he wasn't in that 6 ? only sharing stuff l was told, as you are.
 
Moyes is leaving at the end of the season and.... Cooper has had two interviews with Palace as he's fallen out with the owner. (MaIL)

However, on this almost unique occasion I really, really hope the Potter rumour is true and The Oracle hasn’t been listening to another load of made up bullshit.

Time alone will tell.

How do you know Potter wasn’t on bnet’s list?
 
On good authority Rudkin's list is.

1) Paul Daniels
2) Sooty
3) Boris Johnson
4) Mrs Bucket
5) Arthur Asked
6) Silvester Stilone who's the front runner considering the team in Escape to Victory with minimal transfer budget
