Really interesting looking back at what we thought and believed back then. Some things were true, others not, the effects of being lied to by a mainstream media totally supportive of the pro-vax narrative.
To go back to the original question, personally I have had no symptoms identifiable as covid, neither have I ever tested positive. The onset of my heart issues started around the same time as the first lockdown, NHS treatment for this and my consequent fall was largely non existent, awful, I have consequences to this day. Trying to deal with the issues left behind by the atrial fibrillation was a battle with the NHS, finally resolved (partially at least) by private treatment.
As for covid itself there have been two occasions that I have had the onset of severe cold/flu symptoms, both times treated by I treated myself. Gone in about 3-4 days so no idea what it might have developed into.
To sum up, no direct covid treatments but a fair number of issues from the covid wrecked NHS.
