Who can we finish above ?
Looking at the league table I just don't see us finishing anywhere else than the bottom 3.
The clubs at the start of the season you thought would be down there are practically safe as houses. Brentford, Brighton and Fulham have all been excellent given their resources.
So that drags more clubs into the fight that probably shouldn't be there.
Of those below us.
Southampton......showing signs of improving. Knocked Manc City out the cup, and yesterday beat beleaguered Everton. Nathan Jones was taking stick from the Saints fans, but it looks very much like he is getting them ticking.
Everton......shocking. Currently as bad as us, but something is going to happen surely ? Still think they will be capable with the squad they have of stringing two or three consecutive wins together.
It's Everton, they alway seem to pull it out the bag when the crunch comes.
West Ham.......having a poor season so far. Moyes under pressure, but they still have talented players and like Everton will probably do enough.
Bournemouth.....a championship side in the Prem. The only team I would be reasonably confident we can finish above.
Wolves...... They took the vital decision and made the managerial change. Different manager, same players, yet they are gaining confidence and are upwardly mobile. Pretty sure they will be ok

Then you have...
Leeds......I watched them against Villa. Thought they played decent and with loads of energy.
They have enough fighting spirit. Don't see them going down.
Forest...... They bought about 390 players in the summer didn't they !!! Struggled early doors, but the ugliest man in football is doing a good job.
I said before yesterday that Forest will outwork us, they did and they look capable of pulling away.
Don't know what you lot think, but for me we will need a minor miracle. I agreed with what Piper said yesterday ' there are so many things wrong with this football club '
