Just offering the two extremes as it had been questioned before when I mentioned his salary of £60k a week. Adamant on FT that figure is correct in which case he needs moving on even if we have pay half his salary.

Soumare may also be off so that could save another £80k and bring in anything up to £18m.

His fellow Lille title-winning midfielder has just gone somewhere for £33m. Shame Soumare was shit last season, or we could've made a profit!
 
His best game for us was against Liverpool last year when he played at centre back, I thought we had discovered the next Mascherano
( excuse the spelling) .
He never played there again !!
 
I remember a game away at Chelsea (1-1
I think) a few years ago where he was outstanding as defensive midfielder.
Lacked pace I'm afraid.
But I always liked him.

In two minds on this one, clearly never good enough to be a first team regular in the Prem, but a really useful squad player and we need those.

good point, and if that was the case then it was up to our manager to put a arm around him and tell him to keep doing what he is good at , and not to worry about what the most victimised club in the world ( but seem to get a huge amount of var decisions in their favour) say about him

I also think that foul on Richie plus the red card for the England u21’s didn’t help him either
