Half Time

Apparently something happened in the dressing room, I've no idea if true or not but where l sit a rumour was going around. Rodgers never came out into the technical area in the second half not even when we scored any of the goals. The opposition stat man who l think was Puels assistant was waving his arms around and no one one else went into the Tech area the whole second half.

Like l said, I've no idea if true but we were a little bit more aggressive and quicker after the break.

Know owt else?
No, it was just a rumour not sure if something set it off but there's no smoke without fire. Seemed a bit weird after half time, as I've never saw Rodgers not standing uo most of the games. He also seemed very uncomfortable in his interview - l don't know maybe me looking for something thats not there, but you do sense things don't you !

How fkin Weird!!!!

The Leicester City manager spends the entire half of a match sat on his arse looking like a lost sheep, for the first time since being here, around three years.

…..Absolutely something’s happened at half time!!!! He’s changed a habit of years.

And yes…., his post match interviews. Words came out of his mouth but he looked like he was elsewhere.

nothing to see here….. nice to see Jameh bangin em in again

Was it something as simple as Top going down to the dressing room to rally the troops? I doubt that’s something he does very often.

That would put Rodgers nose out of joint.

Something happened to the point where perhaps Rogers read the riot act,the senior pros had their say but as he said himself "we were too passive in the 1st half" whatever it was it made a difference as we came out 2nd half with a lot more purpose and on the front foot.
We started to put in good strong tackles and took the game to them.
Rodgers didnt seem his normal self in his post match interview but perhaps he is desperate (like many who didnt go last night) to get this season over and refresh/reset
Was great to see Sir Jameh back on the score sheet and feeding off some good passes.

Watching the highlights back there were so many empty seats it looked like a Man City home game !🤣

When asked by Radio Leicester why we were one short on the bench, he blamed little wes injury, He then was asked about Soumarie being absent said he wasn't injured, he was ok, but wouldn't expand, very strange.

Very strange situation with Soumare.

Soumare ……£1 million per appearance

The 22-year-old has agreed a five-year deal and will join Leicester subject to Premier League and international clearance.

“I’m really proud to come to the Premier League and a big club like Leicester," Soumare told the club's official website. "It’s going to really help me to develop my game and progress as a player.

“Leicester is a very ambitious club. When they spoke to me about their plans and what they wanted from me, I knew straight away I wanted to come."

Whoever spoke to him clearly wasn’t Rodgers then

we thought at first that Rodgers had been sent off, looked in the directors box as he would have been there. Couldn't even see him until about 10 minutes to go, so had no idea where he was. Strange.

I thought it strange that we made no second half substitutions, perhaps that was part of this?

I can't remember a second half when we haven't used 2 or 3 subs actually.

We were saying, if Rodgers was locked out of the changing room, then who brought Mendy on. Got to say the Puels man was very noticeable. I honestly don't know its just all very curious.

Anyone remember that game when it felt like players just ignored puels instructions. Think it might have been Arsenal. We were back playing like we were in title season. Quick release. None of the Puel ball stuff was evident at all.
Does make you wonder how often that sort of thing happens.
