Football pet hates

Is it ok for over 30's to wear retro shirts? I wouldn't dream of wearing a modern shirt but am partial to one from 60's, 70's & early 80's.
Retro is not replica, the fat trapping styles of today really ought to come with a warning

'STOP! WAIT! DO YOU REALISE YOU'LL LOOK A TWAT, MOVE ALONG TO THE RETRO SECTION' ;);)

Commentators who refer to "Football people", which normally means dodgy owners of Northern clubs in the 70's.

I’m a moaning fucker, I agree with every post. I started “liking” the posts then realised this.

Anyway, my tupence wuth

Zonal fucking bastard marking !!

Peter Drury commentating and having an orgasm every time Harry Kane touches the ball.

Closely followed by Harry Kane. Close your mouth you mouth breathing lummox

The refs stopping the game because someone has gone down with a so-called life changing injury (think Richarlson, Fernandes et al). I don't blame the refs as there may be a very rare occasion when someone could be badly injured. But why not change the laws & allow the trainer to come on & treat them while the game continues, it works very well in rugby. I think that would stop a lot of the very frustrating play acting

I think this is part of the game where changes have to be made. It’s a tricky one to deal with but my way would be the trainer has 30 secs to deal with it. If still there the player leaves the pitch for further ‘treatment’ and cannot come back on for 5 mins. It’s a bit unfair on the injured player but it would stop the Richarlison’s of this world ( he’s truly one of THE worst) doing what amounts to cheating.

Add Arsene Wenger to the list. Becoming a total caaaaant with his ever changing law making.

Bit harsh on a player/team who do have injuries.
Has to be a better way of dealing with the likes of Richarlison.

Have you been back on the pop à la Roma LG? A totally unworkable notion me duck.

Richarlison is the worst offender by a cuntry (sic) mile. He’s a total embarrassment and plays in direct antithesis to the Corinthian spirit (eh?) of the beautiful game. I’d be embarrassed to be a team mate of the cheating bastard. I’d set Huth/Walsh/Taggart on him and his ilk - that’d give him/them something genuine to whinge about then.

Folk who 'run the line' at kids and amateur football...
For me it is parents/guardians at kids football - universally dreadful. They all think that their child is the next Pele, Best, Moore etc. and every child on the pitch is in a constant state of confusion as each child is trying to reconcile the shouted instructions of the coach with all the other (and often contrary) instructions being shouted by the bloody parents...Not to mention the abuse of officials and opposition....

The opposition have a corner, all 11 are dragged back, knowing full well that if it is cleared it's coming straight back again. May as well give them a corner and a free kick. Does my head in.
Just leave one in the center circle to slow it down , even gain possession. simple.
