That's wasted the first of the 3 games against teams with nothing to play for.
Home draws against opponents that are practically on the beach isn't going to save us.
Today imo we had arguably the best fixture of all our struggling rivals and failed to take advantage.

Absolutely spot on. This team aren’t picking up 3 points against hull or Millwall when both are
playing for something.
Just a massive opportunity ballsed up again

6 games to go.
A fired up Pompey and a Millwall still in with a chance of automatic promotion, Hull in the play offs, Blackburn away last game.
That's why we badly needed a win today.
Sheff W is the ultimate banana skin. If they don't beat them than what chance of winning any of the remaining games?
 
Personally I thought we were much better today had very little luck and although the other results didn't go great for us we're still only 1 week of good results away from not being in the bottom 3. sorry in advance for the positivity
 
Arguably the best 90 minute performance this season but once again spoiled by silly mistakes and an incompetent goalkeeper. 6 points from the Wednesday and Pompey games essential.

The situation is perilous.
Portsmouth are at home to Oxford at lunchtime on Monday.
There is every chance we could be 4pts adrift before we kick off at Hillsborough.
Time is running out and fast. No good keep looking further down the line, we really need a win and right NOW.
Can't rely on having to do the business against Hull and Millwall.

I've already apologised for the positivity, what more can I say? In future I'll try much harder to be pessimistic ok

Just be realistic. The only team within 4 points of us is 1 point ahead with a game in hand.

We no longer have our own destiny in our hands.
 
Another incredibly frustrating Home game. 28 Attempts on Goal 10 on target and we still cant win. I can actually see us not losing away in the Final 3 but not winning any of the 3 home games. Our Fragility at home is just Mind Boggling!!. They were crap and there for the beating but once again we lost the plot for 20 minutes and give stupid goals away. It was a game that we had to and should have won,the positives (Daka getting two gifts that he put away and coming back from 2-1 down)We are definately better under Rowett but only 1 win in 8 and we are still making the same mistakes. I just dont think this lot can be changed. The Bad habits and weak Mentality are ingrained,if we did manage to avoid the drop it would be a miraculous outcome!
 
Face it, if it wasn’t for 2 horrendous howlers from the Preston defence we would have lost.
Iversen didn’t have a save worthy of the name to make.

You could say it the other way round though. We were good today but let ourselves down with the abysmal defending for the second goal.
 
One win in 14, and we need 3 or 4 wins from Sheff Wed A, Millwall, Hull City and Swansea, Pompey at Fratton Park, Blackburn at Ewood Park. It looks like Lincoln City will be the bigger LCFC next season, liquidation will become a real possibility with the double whammy of KP losing millions because of the slow down in tourist numbers because of jet fuel shortages. Fucked.

We don't though do we? What we need is more points than 3 other teams realistically 2 teams because the Wednesday have already gone

Partly true.

Daka put those two away though and in previous matches he wouldn't have. Vardy could've done no better. The problem is that people like Winks are shooting from outside the box (and he really can't shoot) because we have nothing inside the box. The wingers played well as they often have this season but there is no-one to put the ball away.

And again we saw Ayew come on the pitch.
