Derek Hines scored 4 in a 6-2 win vs Villa in November 58.

I'm thinking Chris Garland as maybe a possible here. He scored 3 against Wolves in the old Division One and 3 against Sheffield United in the FA Cup. Both at Filbert Street. Somehow doubt if either was as quick as 9 minutes though!
