Dyche

i'm baffled by the timing of this one. 8 days into the xfer window?
Either they knew they were going to fire him on new years day and were waiting for a replacement to say yes, or he went to the board for jan xfer money and gave them an earful when they said no?

Just hours before a match too.

Not one person thinks his style of play is nice but how is he an awful manager???
How the devil can an “ awful” manager keep that shit Everton squad up & get a basic as it comes Burnley team promoted??
You mean the Everton squad that was better than ours? We are meant to be getting away from mediocrity.

2 year ago I wanted br and top to cut ties NO PUN and get dyche in as felt he could save us as he did Everton in end , now though agree with you.
He saved Everton aka we went down in their stead.
If we'd won the Brentford game instead of drawing it, they would've gone down (as would any number of other chances Rdogers had before being fired to to take 2 more pts) regardless of waht he did.
Don't confuse his genius for rodger's wanton incompetence.

If my aunt was my uncle etc etc…

Done a brilliant job, borderline miraculous at two places now and there’s still idiots who want to slag him off.

Everton sold for more than they’ve spent in the last two seasons. They got two points deductions last season, the season before that they were left in a right state by Lampard.

Yet again this season he had a key player sold from under him (Onana) and was given an inferior cheap replacement.

Despite all this style of play chat, they create more chances than we do and cough up a lot less chances than we do.

He got BURNLEY into Europe. Yea he’s absolutely shit m8.

Surely the only thing that matters to Everton this season is staying up. This could just drag them down with a manager who is not familiar with their squad. Talk of Mourinho, which seems a bit desperate. Has he or someone else got what it takes to keep them up and more than Dyche? Sounds like they wanted Potter but he was already out of the picture.

It was a pathetic season 22 23 regarding top and Brendon’s stand off and its lead to what we have going on now , as for dyche I’m fickle with him and at mo I’m not a
A fan maybe i got board with him that’s all, that said I’m confused on rvns appointment even after last gasp Brighton draw and 4pts from 6 start I wasn’t confident of him so it’s no surprise we are heading to second division. If dyche was to come here in summer I guess he’d have a great chance of taking us up then down etc. like many I’m hoping for a total overhaul , for me that doesn’t include a Burnley yo-yo or an Everton survival package or a inexperienced rvn type , that’s why at present I’m not wanting him here but point taken.

i don't know if the reply was aimed at me but i think you're reading too much into my post if so.
i don't have any issue with dyche, I'm simply pointing out that had rodgers done the job of a proper manager and tried to win as many games as possible instead of deliberately sabotaging the brentford game, dyche would have relegation on his CV regardless of his coaching skills.

So answer me this then why were some Everton fans refusing to go to games while Dyche was still there. Would you be happy seeing nil nil every week?

Those said Everton fan’s whom you are holding in such high regard to get your opinion across of how bad dyche is as a manager, aren’t they the very same type of fan that you have no understanding of?
You know it’s all about supporting the team no matter what ( your words)

We did deserve to go down because we had a lower points total than the team above us, but the players we had, under correct management should have been mid table at worst
Maddison, Tielemans, Vardy, Barnes Castagne,Evans etc etc….
Good players Bad team.
