The full text of the speech is on the White House.Gov site. It’s around 8 minutes long and is an opening ceremony to an educational seminar on 10 May. Easy to find.
It puts into context the 21 seconds posted on various YouTube ‘News’ channels.
I don’t have copy n paste here with me or I’d put it up for you.

I agree, my mistake on the doctored point. I was aiming at the out of context nature of the 21 second clip of an 8 minute speech which, ironically, was referring to stuff taken out of context.

But probably guilty of posting ooc clips meself I ain’t getting on a high horse I’ll promptly fall off! Especially as it’s attracted the attention of the literary genius

I wouldn't worry about highhorses.

She's pretty useless. Like most politicians in the world today. Doctored, undoctored, in context and out of it.
