No. No he just shouldn't have brought him on at all. Nacho running without stamina still offers more. Switching Perez or Barnes centrally would've offered more. If he can't see during any sort of training session what those that were fortunate enough to watch that 'cameo' could see then Rodgers should be giving half his huge salary back this week.

He has said himself Vardy is carrying two long terms injuries (both for years) - so if you condition the entire team to play around that type of player then you've got to look short term at a player within the setup that short term can do similar (vaguely vaguely similar.

What we witnessed instead was a man so nervous and shot of any ability and confidence fall around the pitch like Morgan on stilts. It was a shambles. Bringing Albrighton on to feed the shambles would've broken those stilts.

Poor management to throw someone in who it looked like not a single member of the team has seen play before and knew how to play to him. A mess.
