Crypto Currencies

If you are involved, you need tobe on top of it right now. I've got a few BTC and just tried to get out while its still up there. I'm no expert but what ive heard just now is Crypto is possible going to crash. XRP led the way already. Think of what country is most important to this and you mind find that trading in the USA with certain types of companies have now been stopped to this county. I'm no expert, just a nod for anyone interested.

Bullshit, how do know this, I’ve bought some Xrp

I’m ‘into’ precious metals, mainly silver, and quite a few folk in the silver forum’s dabble in both and there is mixed opinion as to where crypto is going.
I guess it all depends what you can afford to risk and whether you’re in it for the short or long term or what your exit strategy is.
With talk of banks not taking crypto and governments looking at taxing the hell out of crypto profits there’s certainly going to be (as there already is) some adjustment to the values of crypto. The question is can it sustain the onslaught.
Just commenting bs isn’t really offering any counter argument.

For the record I’m well short of being an expert. Beyond my brain capacity. Don’t understand “mining” and how safe you can keep it. Reality for me is it’s just another type of fiat currency so i stay clear of it.
My tip is platinum in the short to medium term.

i've gone mainly for silver as it supposed to have bee suppressed and way under value. Done a bit of gold, but the one l took a punt on as l trust the person and his background who put me onto Dong and Zim. Over Christmas/New Year l had to do a spread sheet with all the serial numbers on and apparently its been approved to cash out through Switzerland. Its too good to be true, the potential return, but if you don't buy a ticket, you can't win the raffle. I've been talking about GCR for 3 years on here and it really does look a strong possibility. I don't have to worry too much as ive got enough to not be looking for more opportunities. I'm the same as you with Crypto, it just seems Ponzi like, i'm going to try and cash out my BTC today if l can log in to my account which l failed to do yesterday. I've not followed platinum because i've been confident in gold and silver both being undervalued. Regarding mining, l had a freind of my daughter explaining it all to me a bout 3 years ago and urging me to get involved, l couldn't really grasp it, but l think this lad as made a million already !

this is something that ive just read on Facebook which is the ideal situation. lts along the lines of what as been rumoured for a long time and if true it ties all lose ends up. The USA corperation is the key if it is true, we're ran by the same set up here. Our government., MP's,police and courts are all private companies for profit and theres stuff about UK plc being bankrupted at the end of last year, it can be check at Companies House but l can't swear that it is the actual one. This is for information purposes only as i'm not saying its fact, just think it as credibility in parts and hope it is truthful. The simple question l always ask is, if every country in the world as a natonal debt, then who do they owe it to and why ? No sense in it is there.

If I owned any cryptocurrency, I'd be looking to sell it as soon as possible.
By saying that, of which l agree and think it possibly shines a light on what we are moving into. Crypto is part of the Great Reset which is different to the gold backed GCR. Same as "Awake" and "Woke" are opposites, if you know about this and some do on here you will see the waring factors.

I told you a few years ago where l first got advised about buying into this, and one of them was the former head of one of the worlds largest banks for the far east, along with top brass ex military. Everything is planned for the long game and some become privy to this. Did you see the article in the Mail about Jidy Kidds brother, what do they say about where you get the heaviest flck ! when you're above the target actually. You must have saw stuff regarding the Bank of England that don't add up, have you heard about the end of SWIFT ? replaced with QFS ?

Any one have any thoughts on gold?

Thinking primarily as a hedge against the time the £ Sterling and the banks fall apart.

Gold is a long term investment. It’s dropped a bit recently but it’ll climb back up.
Silvers been suppressed for years. I keep hearing that it will break free one day but I wouldn’t bank on it. Sitting around 19 quid at the moment. Was £10 this time last year but it dropped from around steady £17.
Folk look at the gold to silver ratio now to what the real figure should be and while it don’t equate it’s going to take something mighty to bring it back in line.
Platinum was running at the same price as gold 18 months ago and while gold shit up and up platinum stayed around the same.
Are you looking at physical ownership or buying in the market?
Physical silver too hard to sell quickly for profit and the premium even for bullion makes the cost not worth it.
Gold tends to be the better bet to sell physically and still make a profit.
But if you’re in it for short to medium term then invest in gold or platinum on a good app or website which is easier to sell (bit like shares isa’s etc) see the price and click the button.
I use BullionVault
Although I’ve 100oz of physical silver I’m going to diverse you buying non physical precious metals

I have physical gold coins, mix of Sovereigns and Krugerands. I have some cash coming, wondering whether to buy more.

Coins are fairly easy to sell, effectively cash free. Thinking of Mrs AFC who is likely to outlive me.

Trying to work out the benefits of physical metal over 'paper gold'. As I said earlier, what troubles me the most is the collapse of sterling.

Collapse of Sterling will push price up. Paper gold just means it's quicker and easier to sell.
Without sounding morbid. If you're not around your wife could easily get ripped off with the physical stuff.
You should make sure she's aware of your passwords etc. Also have someone you trust know a little bit about your physical stuff

I know Richard, it is genuinely scary. Mrs AFC is younger than me and a seriously fit gym bunny with great genes for longevity.

She will probably outlive me by 20 years, in a normal world this would be fine, she has decent pensions, owns her own home (jointly at this time), and has good cash reserves.

Given what I fear is coming, I do not know what to do for the best

If there’s a complete collapse then there’s not a lot you can do. Planning goes out the window for normal folk like us.
They say store food, water and ammo. Silver and gold only becomes of value once the recovery starts.

Well, theyre in the process of locking Donno up, so you could ay out early, like Ladbrookes do, sometimes!
no bet with you, and your info is way off. You should leave subjects that you no absolutely nothing about to others.
