Crap signings who turned out to be even worse

Josh Lowe
Barry Hayles
Barrington Edward “Barry” Hayles accumulated just over 1100 professional appearances for 15 different clubs and at some of them more than once.
His last club was Windsor in the Hellenic Senior League in 2023 still playing at the ripe age of 51 on his retirement. He has 2 promotions with Fulham and a 2009 League One Winners Medal with Leicester City with 28 appearances 2008/09 and 2 goals despite going a large part of that 2009 winning season on loan at Cheltenham before returning. A hero in SW Leics for scoring a scrappy first goal in a 2-0 home win over the Covscum. His other goal was a winner at Crystal Palace. His sterling contribution couldn’t help us to avoid relegation from the Championship in 2008. He also has 10 International caps for Jamaica.
A truly heroic footballing career by any standards!
