Wobbling at 6 for 2 after a brilliant bowling display.
Gloucester went from 87 for 1 to just over 150 all out.
County chasing a modest total but need to hold their nerve after losing 2 quick wickets.
 
That was hard going but fair play they are showing some spirit.
Top of the league.
Patel had a mare batting and Josh Hull struggled with the bowling, but both have just returned and hopefully it's onwards and upwards.
The Pakistani captain to join soon.
Potentially County are looking like being strong contenders.

Mixed feelings always supported the County but I cannot stand Sean Jarvis who's destroying the club off the field

Out of interest why do you say that? Top of the Division should be the main thing. Not sure what happened with the Ground redevelopment but what has he done? Thought he was doing a reasonable job after years of neglect?

The club have lost nearly 1.5M in the last 2 years he put the membership up 70% despite having the lowest membership in the Country he tried to cancel the life members until.He found out he couldn't do it although he has stopped left members from.attending T20 games he made the Leicester stream pay per view he blocks people for asking perfectly good questions on Twitter he even suggested moving a Leicestershire game to Dublin as people have posted before he's just a left wing Arthur Daley

Yes supporters who brought life membership were told that would enable them.to attend all first team home fixtures then Jarvis suddenly decides that nope life members can't attend T20 matches he stated at the AGM last year he was looking at cancelling life members which thankfully board members have assured us won't be happening

Despite the solid start the wicket seemed to be offering the bowlers plenty early on with balls zipping around. Suspect that it won't be quite so helpful to the bowlers today (it was a good toss for Northants to win) though there's a bit of variable bounce. (Edited to add: all that not withstanding Budinger fell to a great catch but going for one it looked like he should have done better with and Ahmed gave his wicket away very cheaply for the 2nd consecutive innings going for a shot he really shouldn't have).

Northants have had an unusual start to their season.
In their first game, they struggled to amass 250 runs over both innings, and quite easily lost that match.
In the next two matches they hit almost 1000 runs over two innings, but only drew both.
 
County collapsing !!
Losing quick wickets and are 4 down with a 160 lead.
Need a partnership.
