Cocaine v Cannabis

It's certainly more normalised I reckon. I was gobsmacked at the amount of people doing it openly at the races a couple of years back. Add to that when I went out in London last November the amount of coked up people in the pubs was really obvious. Loud and boring in the main.

"acceptable"...They are shit that has took more lives than I don't know what, I have managed to get through life having a good time and good family life with out drugs to prop me up, totally opposed to all as you say "acceptable social/recreational.
Rant over, had the chance but never took it up.
 
Well cocaine isn't going to get legalised anytime soon but cannabis will

Don't have a problem with it myself, each to their own. In my clubbing days the most aggressive people were the ones on charlie or drink. the ones popping pills or whizz were sound. Mickey's Bill Hicks quote is about right as far as smokers are concerned.
 
I have two separate thoughts about drugs, as they exist in todays society.

What grown ups chose to imbibe is entirely up to them. They remain responsible for their behaviour in all matters relating to their habits. Any crimes committed should be dealt with as the first priority.

The drug 'industry' is the nastiest, most vicious enterprise on the planet outside open warfare. For that reason I personally will not take drugs or allow then in any place over which I have control.
 
What is wrong with growing your own cannabis for personal consumption only?

As the law stands this would be a crime but with no victims - must be fairly unique

Allegedly up to 3 plants are legal here in Spain. Never seen it tested though. Done my time. It helped me get through some nervous times. Happy to have stopped now. Don't have responsibilities or work. Easy life. Sleep when I can. Coke, OK for a while. Caused a lot of nasal problems but generally was a satisfactory experience. Best for me was E. Late 90s. Doves, then Mitsubishi's. Great experience but the come down not so good. Each to his own, but many condemn without experience.
 
The “skunk”they grow now is enhanced with all sorts of shite, bud booster for a start which has a label on it that says “not for human consumption”.

Shit pressed the wrong button😂😂😂😂. To continue a mate of mine has his son in the local psycho unit and a lot of his friends are totally messed up.
You can still get a nice bit of cannabis but it is harder to get now.
