Maddison as captain, that coward? The bloke who admitted he wasn’t hungry enough for the game today. Now snivelling and back tracking on social media.

There has to be a change in midfield. The defence have not one bit of protection from our midfield.
The change in ndidi is truly alarming. He was a player that 90% of opposing midfielders couldn’t get passed when they tried to take him on. He can’t stop a single player he’s up against now, not one.

Ndidi is one of the most painful to watch - bears no resemblance to what he was a few years back.

i recall earlier this season he had some personal issues, so that may be a reason too. but collectively along with the injuries we have had they all havent been good enough. we aint got not FIGHTERS, or even anyone to gel the team together-like Fuchs, Morgan, Huth. its so depressing!

18 months ago after that drab 1-1 against Moscow S, I just felt things were running their course with Rogers, players were coming out of contract, poor recruitment and key players moving on. I had mid table for last year, we finished 8th, just escaping the drop this year, no chance of that and relegation 23/24. Its far far worse than I ever thought, relegation is on for next year but its from the Championship, Bristol Rovers and the likes are beckoning again. They say Clubs like us are only one bad manger from a car crash through the leagues, he was here for 4 years and the carnage he has left can not easily be reversed.

Castagne has cost us far more than he has helped out recently. It can't be the zonal system surely, he's bollox at corners. Always to far infield so their winger is always ahead when he turns.

But guess it's easier to pick on Thomas.

Any enthusiasm I remotely had, or any expectation of a result, or performance have been totally shattered by that, cant even call it effort, as they wasnt any!
How can we get a new managerial set up that plays the same tactics and formations that clearly havnt worked for 18 months, saw him conferring with Adam Sandler yesterday, Him and Stowell should have been down the road by now along with Rudkin.

What’s the point. The scouse are coming in for a feast it will be 6-0 by FT. the club board have no shame in seeing this coming. Should resign now.

Barnes is Leicester‘s G spot

You know he’s there somewhere but you can never find him

The observations about Wilf are accurate, as it is with other previous pillars of our recent success who have
been shadows after a long lay off.
Which offers clues about our present state.
Which is that they came back to a set up which was different to the one they left.
Like going to hospital and coming back to a house in which a new owner has moved in.
So it's a management issue. BR lost his way when half the team was unavailable and he was unable to
regain it.
He has shown through the years that he is good at management when all is going well but struggles
when confronted with unexpected issues and he is required to be mentally flexible.
The sad thing is he knew this and warned the executive but they were in awe of his good years and thought
they could coast through a season without the usual refreshment process.
In that sense they got their view about the challenges the Prem pose wrong.
To compound the problem, the players sensed that and lost confidence in the club.
So we are where we are...
